The Easter Road side has scored eight goals in their last four games, conceding just once, while Motherwell have scored two, and conceded seven.

The visitors had 12 players including two goalkeepers missing for their goalless draw with St Mirren earlier this week so manager Graham Alexander could have a similarly lengthy injury list for the trip to the Capital.

Team news: On current form this Hibs team picks itself. The biggest issue will be deciding whether Joe Newell or Alex Gogic starts alongside Jackson Irvine in the middle of the park. Newell got the nod against Hamilton last weekend and could well continue.

Sean Mackie and Kyle Magennis will likely miss out again but beyond that, Jack Ross should have a full squad to choose from.

Possible line-up (3-4-3): Marciano; P McGinn, McGregor, Hanlon; Cadden, Irvine, Newell, Doig; Boyle, Doidge, Murphy. Subs from: Macey, Gray, Stevenson, Porteous, Gogic, Hallberg, Wright, Allan, Nisbet, Bradley.

Match details: Saturday February 27; kick-off 3.00pm, Easter Road, Edinburgh
