Hibs v St Johnstone: Date, time, and TV confirmed for Betfred Cup semi-final clash

The last-four battle will kick off at 5.30pm on Saturday January 23, with Livingston v St Mirren being played nearly 24 hours later at 4pm on Sunday January 24.

Hibs and St Johnstone have met twice at this stage in recent years with the Easter Road side running out 2-1 winners in 2016 before losing to Ross County in the final by the same scoreline, and needing extra time to defeat the Saints 3-1 in 2007 en route to winning the competition with a 5-1 victory against Kilmarnock.

Hibs have so far defeated Dundee and Alloa since winning their group while the McDiarmid Park side have seen off Motherwell and Dunfermline Athletic.

The Capital club are aiming for a fourth success in the competition having won it in 1972/73, 1991/92, and 2006/07.
