Ofir Marciano - 8

Little to do in the first half, aside from Killie's goal. Made good saves after the break from Kabamba, Brophy (twice), O'Donnell and Kiltie.

Paul McGinn - 7

Generally defended soundly and used the ball well for the majority of the game but allowed Kilmarnock to get too many shots and crosses in from his area in the closing stages.

Commanding display from the Englishman at the heart of the back three. Composed and always in the right place to snuff out danger. Forced in winning goal before the break.

Paul Hanlon - 7

Looked more at ease on the left of the back three. Several key blocks and challenges in first half and stood up well to Kilmarnock's second-half pressure.

Caused Kilmarnock numerous problems with his pace on the counter-attack. A joy to watch when in full flow. Denied twice by Koprivec after getting in behind the home defence.

Greg Docherty - 8

Scored a stunning opener from 25 yards out and produced a combative and energetic display in midfield.

Vykintas Slivka - 7

Scott Allan - 7

Mastered the ball well in difficult conditions and showed some real moments of quality, including an impressive through ball for Boyle.

Joe Newell - 7

Set up both of Hibs' first-half goals and generally defended soundly in his new left-wing-back role before succumbing to injury at start of second half.

Christian Doidge - 7

Didn't get a clear sight of goal but produced lots of clever link-up play and worked tirelessly for the team, regularly getting back to help out his defence by heading clear from set-pieces.
