The Easter Road side have scored eight goals without reply in their last three matches and are hopeful of continuing that at the Indodrill Stadium this evening.

A 1-0 win against Dundee in the last round of the League Cup was followed by a convincing 3-0 win at Motherwell, and a 4-0 victory over Hamilton at the Fountain of Youth Stadium as Hibs arrested the poor form that had resulted in just one win in five prior to the Dark Blues clash.

It is the first time the Hibs head coach has faced the Wasps since leaving them for St Mirren in 2016 but there will be no room for sentimentality tonight.

Ross said: “As a club we continually push the players to live up to what we believe we should be.

"We want to be a club that is seen as where we are in the league all the time, and to be in the latter stages of cup competitions all the time."To do that you have to get all aspects of the game right all the time – the relentlessness and ruthlessness about the attacking play, but our defensive record this season has been terrific as well, particularly away from home."That gives us a platform to build on as well but being as ruthless as we have been at both ends of the pitch is what we want to be on a season-long basis, and season after season as well."
