Martin Boyle teases Hibs star with 'poor man's' comparison to former Easter Road favourite
Martin Boyle has teased Hibs team-mate Ryan Porteous, calling him a “poor man’s Efe” in response to a social media post by the young Easter Road star.
Porteous uploaded an official Hibs image of himself at the club’s East Mains training base. Though it was liked by over 1,860 fans, Boyle decided to have some fun with the 21-year-old, comparing him unfavourably to Efe Ambrose.
The Nigerian centre-back was a firm favourite during his two-year spell with the Leith club before leaving in January 2019.
