Junior football reconstruction talks postponed after bridge closure
A meeting planned in Inverkeithing tonight has been cancelled as a result of the Forth Road Bridge closure. This will now take place at a later date.
The East Region management committee put forward the proposal on the back of feedback from clubs based around the cost of travel, the Premier League, the size of the Super League and teams having too short a season.

Fife and Tayside clubs are expected to hold key votes, since they are most affected by the cost of travel. Should the proposal be backed by a majority of 50% of clubs, it will be tabled at the East Region’s AGM in June.
