Grange players stand out but Scotland suffer a thrashing
At the Sheikh Kamal International Cricket Stadium in Cox’s Bazar, Scotland skipper Neil Flack won the toss and decided to bat. However, none of his batsmen really got to grips with the Namibian bowlers and they were all out for 159.
Owais Shah top scored with 39 while Mazars Grange’s Aslam hit 31 from 34 balls.

Hide AdAslam’s Grange team-mate Cameron Sloman also worked hard for an unbeaten 13 batting at No.10, but the total was below par.
In their reply Namibia never looked in trouble and lost just one wicket – Aslam getting Niko Davin out – on the way to victory.
Scotland will now have to lift themselves quickly for their upcoming Group A matches with Bangladesh (Sunday) and South Africa (Tuesday).
