Rugby: Currie break their B&I duck
They had lost both previous matches in this year’s competition and also all of their ties last season. However, they clicked into gear at on Saturday.
Tries by Chris Leck and Simon Marcel, both converted by Jamie Forbes, gave Currie a 14-11 lead at half-time, with David Evans touching down for the hosts and Sam Davies slotting two penalties. Davies and Forbes exchanged penalties before Leck scored his second try, and he was joined on the score sheet by Tommy Seymour – Forbes slotting both conversions.

Hide AdMatthew Norman had a converted score for Swansea, but James Johnstone capped a man of the match performance when he sealed the victory for the Scots with their fifth try – Forbes again adding the extra two points.
