Frank Turner and the Sleeping Souls

ENGLISH folk singer/songwriter Frank Turner began his career singing with post-hardcore band Million Dead before embarking on a solo career in 2005

On Saturday at the Usher Hall, Turner will be joined by his backing band, The Sleeping Souls - Ben Lloyd on guitar and mandolin, Tarrant Anderson on bass, Matt Nasir on piano and drummer Nigel Powell.

Expect to hear tracks from across Turner six solo albums, including Songs For Negative People, and his five EPs.

Turner will be supported artists hand-picked by himself, namely Felix Hagan & The Family, and Esme Patterson and £1 from every ticket will go to War Child, a charity supporting children and families affected by conflict and striving for a world where no child’s life is torn apart by war.
