Do Christmas differently and feast your eyes on crispy lamb croquettes with caper and herb mayo for starters or Malamado glazed pork cheeks served with spiced chutney.

Or try the rump, the leanest cut with a distinctively pure flavour. Grilled slowly to make the beef beautifully soft. Then there’s sirloin, the nation’s favourite cut, done the Cau way or rib-eye, the steak lover’s steak and a tender, luxuriously full-bodied treat.
