Jedward celebrate St Patrick's Day in Edinburgh

SIX venues in the heart of the Capital's Old Town are preparing a joint party for St Patrick's Day.

Irish duo Jedward are at the Three Sisters.

Bosses at The Three Sisters pub in the Cowgate are leading the jamboree to celebrate Ireland’s patron saint on  Thursday.

Several Irish pop stars and live acts have been lined up for the bash.

These include Jedward, Rubberbandits, Edele Lynch from B*Witched, Marty Mone from Hit the Diff, Rory’s Stories Live Show and a Bewitched Drag queen tribute.

Venues will open at 9am on Thursday, when they will serve 1000 free Irish fry-ups  and offer “live horse-racing” featuring panto-costumed performers.
