A huge demand is expected for tickets when they go on sale today at 9am after the band sold out the 7,000 Esplanade twice over in 2016, and the Evening News can exclusively reveal that ticket prices for the summer concert will be £55 seated and £45 standing.

Announcing the concert, Mark Mackie, director of Castle Concerts said, “If their last shows at the Edinburgh Castle in 2016 were anything to go by ..this promises to be a truly special evening and a highlight of the summer , rocking those ramparts."
