The work, including the removal of loose dirt and cobwebs, re-pointing lintels and maintenance repairs to degraded stones and carvings, was undertaken by Alex Kelly of Eden Conservation for Rosslyn Chapel Trust.

Rosslyn Chapel was founded on a small hill above Roslin Glen as a Catholic collegiate church in the mid-15th century, and is one of Midlothian’s top tourist attractions.
