The new hotel, at St James Quarter, will bring a playful twist on Scottish culinary culture with three dining concepts. A first of its kind, Joao’s Place will act as a new destination for the best in pioneering mixology in Edinburgh, offering an enviable menu of premium spirits and curated closed-loop cocktails. W Lounge will offer an inventive cocktail menu that leans into the myths and creatures of the Gaelic nations, which is also reflected in the design of the space.
